Markham, Ontario and Kirkland, Washington – June 2, 2010 – Today, Enghouse Systems Limited (TSX: ESL) announced the completion of the acquisition of the intellectual property of Telrex LLC and Mettoni Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Enghouse, acquired the Telrex operations. Telrex has approximately 17 employees.

Telrex is a leading provider of IP call recording and contact center optimization software solutions with operations in North America and EMEA. Telrex has over 2,000 customers in the public and private sector, with solutions provided through a network of business partners around the world.
