Telrex Announces IP Call Recording For Covad's Hosted PBX Service

Telrex's CallRex is the first IP-based call recording software solution offered by a hosted PBX provider

KIRKLAND, WA – February 1, 2006 – Telrex, the leading developer of call recording and monitoring software for small and medium businesses using IP PBXs or hosted PBX services, and Covad Communications, a leading provider of integrated voice and data services, today announced the availability of CallRex call recording with Covad's vPBX voice services.

CallRex brings a full-featured, cost-effective, software-only IP-based call recording solution to Covad's vPBX service. With CallRex, Covad can now attract customers that require call recording for training purposes, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance.

Joseph Minton, IT manager at Lenders Investment Corp, a mortgage lender located in Irvine, CA, purchased CallRex as part of their Covad vPBX deployment.
