CallRex Selected by ShoreTel to Provide VoIP Call Recording Solution for ShoreTel5 IP PBX System

KIRKLAND, WA – May 11, 2004 – Telrex, the leading developer of VoIP recording and monitoring software today announced that it has been selected by ShoreTel, Inc. to provide VoIP call recording and monitoring for the ShoreTel5 IP PBX system, which begins shipping this month.
