Flexible Subscription-Based Licensing
Telrex offers subscription-based licensing for all software products.
An annual license fee is paid per user. Customers must sign up for a
minimum of 1-year subscription. The subscription-based software as a
service (SaaS) licensing model enables companies to deploy CallRex at
a low cost.

Perpetual Licenses
Telrex offers traditional "perpetual" software licenses.The
one-time license fees are paid per user. Licenses can be added at any
time (minimum of 5 licenses). Technical support services and product
upgrades are not included with the purchase of perpetual licenses.
Technical Support Platinum Plan
Platinum Plan maintenance agreements are available to customers who
have previously purchased perpetual licenses. The Platinum Plan includes
telephone support Monday through Friday, and all software upgrades,
including major, minor and maintenance releases. Support plans are renewable
annually and must be purchased at time of original license order to
avoid additional version upgrade fees.
