Flexible Subscription-Based Licensing
Telrex offers subscription-based licensing for all software products.
A monthly fee is paid per user. Customers must sign up for a 1- or 2-year
subscription. The subscription-based software as a service (SaaS) licensing
model enables companies to deploy CallRex at a low cost, only paying
a monthly fee for the number of licenses contracted. Customers are billed
every 90 days for their subscription licenses.

Technical Support services and product upgrade costs are included
with the subscription-based licenses during the life of the contract.

Technical Support Platinum Plan
Platinum Plan maintenance agreements are available to customers who
have previously purchased perpetual licenses. The Platinum Plan includes
telephone support Monday through Friday, and all software upgrades,
including major, minor and maintenance releases. Support plans are renewable
annually and must be purchased at time of original license order to
avoid additional version upgrade fees.
