Secure Call Recording Files

CallRex Call Recording software includes encryption options and change auditing features that assist companies in their efforts to meeting PCI requirements or other data security requirements. For example, recording files may be secured using controlled key access, and IT managers may choose to secure communications between the CallRex client and the CallRex server.

User passwords are protected and securely stored in the database, ensuring the integrity of access to sensitive recordings and profiles. Digital watermarking validates file integrity and identifies tampering for audit-trail security.

Call Recording Security Profiles: Flexible security rights allow administrators to assign call monitoring, recording, and playback rights on a user basis.

Administrators can configure access rights for each user based upon the company's business needs. Users and managers can be set to view calls or edit flags, delete or export calls. Administrative permissions can be set to allow users to add, edit, and delete profiles or make changes to system users.

CallRex Call Recording allows administrators to define security profiles and assign users to each security profile.
