Flexible Security Options with CallRex Call Recording Software
Flexible security rights allow administrators to assign call monitoring, recording, and playback rights on a per-user basis.
Administrators can configure access rights for each user based upon
the company's business needs. Users and managers can be set to view
calls or edit flags, delete or export calls. There is no limit to the
