An On-Demand license requires “Record” to be pressed every time a call is recorded, while an Unlimited CallRex Professional or CallRex Express license allows automatic, triggered recordings.
On-Demand licenses are ideal for business line managers to spot monitor employees, as well as for any employee who wants the ability to record calls on an as-needed basis. Any On-Demand user can record their own calls by pressing “Record.” Similarly, a manager may remotely record any On-Demand user’s calls by highlighting the call as it is happening and pressing “Record.”
