CallRex Express vs. CallRex Professional
Feature Comparison
CallRex Express is designed specifically for smaller businesses that require full featured call recording. CallRex Express supports single-site, single-server deployments with 5 to 15 phones using any combination of Unlimited and On-Demand licenses. Unlimited licenses allow automatic, triggered recordings, while On-Demand licenses require "Record" to be pressed every time a call is recorded.
CallRex Express supports all CallRex Professional features except:
- Search – The CallRex Express client does not include a separate Search function. CallRex Express users will still be able to view the call log, showing detailed information about recorded calls by day, week, month, or by custom date range for each user
- Remote Data Collectors – CallRex Express is a single-site, single-server version of CallRex Professional. Therefore, while multiple CallRex Express systems may be deployed at a customer site, there is no multi-server networking between CallRex Express servers.
- Load Balancing Agent (LBA) – CallRex Express is a single-site, single-server version of CallRex Professional. Therefore, secondary servers supporting LBA are not supported.
- Multi-Media Add-On – Only CallRex Professional can use the CallRex Multi-Media Add-On to enable employee computer/internet monitoring.
