CallRex Computer Recording Architecture

CallRex Computer Recording™ is a full-featured desktop recording and monitoring software solution that integrates with CallRex Call Recording™ software. The software runs on standard Windows servers, and requires no proprietary hardware or complex installation.

The CallRex Computer Recording Architecture consists of the following software components:

CallRex Computer Recording architecture includes CallRex Data Collectors, CallRex Client, and a CallRex Server

  1. CallRex Computer Recording Desktop Agents

    CallRex Computer Recording Desktop Agents run on employees' computers to collect data which is periodically sent to the CallRex Computer Recording Server and to enable live monitoring. The desktop agents are installed and run in stealth mode, and do not interfere with employees' activities.


  2. CallRex Computer Recording Client

    The CallRex Computer Recording Client provides administrators and managers with the ability to configure access rights for supervisors, configure how computer activity will be recorded, and select which computers will be monitored and recorded. The client can be installed on any computer on the network but is typically installed on administrator's and manager's computers.


  3. CallRex Computer Recording Server

    The CallRex Computer Recording Server stores information received from the desktop agents in a SQL database.
