Callrex Installation - VoIP Call Recording Installation - Call Center Software Installation
Call Recording Software Installation Services
At Telrex, we understand that IT projects can be complicated and stressful. After years of installing CallRex software, we have created a streamlined process to ensure a successful installation. Additionally, Telrex has a support team on call Monday through Friday to assist you with your mission-critical call recording software implementation. The installation process includes six key phases:
Phase 1 - Documenting Your Network Environment
Telrex's installation engineers need to understand how your network is laid out so that they can be sure that you have the tools in place to successfully install the CallRex contact center optimization solution. A Telrex project manager will contact you to complete statement of work and site survey documentation so that everyone is aware of the requirements for a successful installation.
Phase 2 - Pre-Installation Call
During this phase, the installation team will participate in a 1-hour conference call to discuss the following items:
- Make and model of switches
- Flow of VoIP traffic on the network
- Understanding of port spanning and monitoring of your data switch
- Roles and responsibilities of each person on the installation team
- Scheduling an installation appointment
Phase 3 - Remote Installation
Telrex installation technicians will work remotely with the installation team to implement CallRex software. The conference call typically takes up to two hours. Prior to the installation appointment, the following will be required:
- The CallRex server must be set-up with Internet access
- Telrex software must be downloaded on the approved server
- The corporate firewall must allow a Web meeting session
- Port spanning/port mirroring must be completed
- The IP addresses of the phones to be recorded must be documented
Phase 4 - Post-Installation Call
Telrex is committed to ensuring success with your CallRex software installation. Following the installation appointment, a Telrex installation technician will schedule a 1-hour appointment to discuss your installation, test that the software is working properly, and confirm that phone conversations are being recorded.
Phase 5 - Administrator Training
Telrex offers online, instructor-led training for CallRex administrators. To schedule your training session, contact your Telrex project manager.
Phase 6 - Receive Permanent Keycode
Once the installation has been complete and payment has been received, the designated contact within your company will receive an e-mail with the license keycode.
Committed to Success
At Telrex, we are committed to success; we want your installation to run smoothly. If, at any time during your installation process, you have any questions or are less than satisfied, please contact your Telrex representative or the Telrex project manager assigned to your installation.
