CallRex Professional™ and CallRex Express™ support a MiTAI-based integration with the 3300 ICP and the 200 ICP and an OAI-based integration with the Inter-Tel 5000. CallRex supports call recording when using DHCP, encryption, Teleworker, or hot desking through the Mitel Secure Recording Connector Server (SRC).
