CallRex Multi-Media Architecture

The CallRex Multi-Media Architecture consists of the following software components:

CallRex Multi-Media Architecture includes CallRex Data Collectors, CallRex Client, and a CallRex Server

  1. CallRex Multi-Media Data Collectors

    CallRex Multi-Media Data Collector run on employees' computers to collect data which is periodically sent to the CallRex Multi-Media Server and to enable live monitoring. The data collectors are installed and run in stealth mode, and do not interfere with employees' activities.


  2. CallRex Multi-Media Client

    The CallRex Multi-Media Client provides administrators and managers with the ability to configure access rights for managers, configure how computer activity will be recorded, and select which computers will be monitored and recorded. The client can be installed on any computer on the network but is typically installed on administrator's and manager's computers.


  3. CallRex Multi-Media Server

    The CallRex Multi-Media Server stores information received from the Data Collectors in a SQL database.
