- Enhanced Analysis: take a deeper dive into customer
data with a 14-day engagement, including two consultation sessions,
written reports, and tailored analysis.
- Custom Analysis: regularly scheduled analysis (monthly,
quarterly, etc.) or in-depth consultations including analysis of metrics
over time, or analysis of up to 1,000 hours of recorded calls with
more than three metrics measured.
